Look out Kleenex! Nasolingus is the act of sucking or licking a partners nose. Could this signal the death of the tissue?

Nudomania
More than just arousal. An obsession with nudity in all it's forms!

Nymphomania
Refers to women who have an uncontrollable appetite for sex. Largely believed to be urban myth (also see Priapism and 12" Penis)

Oculolinctus
The act (or art) of licking someone's eyeball for sexual arousal; some people get a great deal of pleasure from heaving their eyeball licked. Just be sure not to eat anything spicy before you and your lover try it out. It's also very easy to pass on a cold sore, and if you think they're bad on the lips.

Oculophilia
Obtaining sexual pleasure from eyes. It's not just looking at them either. See above!

Onanism
Pulling the penis out of the vagina before ejaculation. Sometime used as a method of contraception (especially amongst strict Catholics).

Ondinism
Finding urine a turn on, particularly when involved in sexual activity.

Orgasm/s
If you don't know we're very, very sorry! Essentially this is the great feeling that comes at the peak of sex penetrative or oral sex, as well as masturbation. In men the sensation is accompanied by the ejaculation of sperm in most instances. In women this is felt as pleasure through various affects on the body, and is on rare occasions accompanied by a fluid discharge.

Sexual arousal by large penises and/or similar large objects of a 'phallic' nature.

Podophilia
Sexual thrills achieved by exposure to naked (or simply shoeless) feet; a fantasy for some, disgusting for others; but simple and well known (even if not by its proper name).

Pre-cum (aka Preseminal fluid)
Pre-cum is a liquid that men discharge before orgasm. Essentially it's a clear liquid with no sperm that men 'leak' when sexually aroused, but before they shoot their load.

Priapism
A medical term used to describe an erection that will not go down. Frequently dismissed as the stuff of legend by men and women alike! Perhaps slightly more common nowadays with men who take too much Viagra.

Psychrocism
Refers to arousal by or because of the cold. The Psychrocist is turned on by cold weather, being cold themselves, or indeed, watching someone who is cold.

Pygophilia
A homage to the butt! Getting your kicks from fondling, licking, kissing, or any form of contact with the bottom. Fortunately for all this goes both ways for both sexes!
